I am a strong beleiver in "life-long learning."  Consequently, I am very passionate about Training & Development.  My offerings are targeted to those who desire either personal or professional development. 

 

Instructional Targets

The target populations for these offerings include but are not limited to:

 

  • Open anyone who has an interest in engaging the topic.  Enrollment is open and marketed to the community at large.​

  • The offerings are generally focused on both personal and professional development.

  • Corporate populations (Private, Public and Voluntary Sectors)  The offerings are generally focused on professional development. These workshops are typically organized for specific organizations/disciplines and associations.  Therefore these offerings are typically customized to fit your organization's, association's or team's needs and budget.

 

Instructional Design

Because I hold a doctoral degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies, all of my course offerings are designed using best practices in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development.  All courses are created with the adult learner in mind.   Each course is delivered through a combination of expository and experiential/discovery methods with defined learning outcomes in cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains. ​

I will provide effective team communication and structure that is important for forging relationships and equipping your team with the proper attitudes to develop leaders within. We will work through goal setting and communication exercises that will bring cohesiveness to your group ultimately increasing productivity due to the positive influences each member will have on the group as a whole.

In addition, I will at your request, incorporate your organization’s meeting theme, mission / vision statement or build on your existing training schedule to best fit the needs of your group.
