Lunch & Learn

If you are like most organizations, you want to provide your employees with opportunities to grow and develop but you may not have the budget or time to  achieve this goal.  If this is you.... a journey into the world of Lunch and Learns might be just the ticket to get your employee training and development front and center in your organization.

My approach to Lunch & Learn is to provide a 30-45 minute training or presentation which has one or two defined learning outcomes attached to it.  This program would be delivered during the lunch hour but could also be a "breakfast & learn" or be delivered during a staff meeting.  In otherwords, any time of the day!

 

What sets this concept apart from other programs is the accessibility and less formal structure of this approach. As an incentive, the company usually provides lunch. If this is not feasible you can invite employees to bring their own lunch during the session. Lunch and learn is an easy way to develop and motivate employees while creating a workplace of communication, collaboration and learning.

• I find my purpose in delivering Keynote addresses to be:
